Great location! This place is right by San Antonio Center, the shoreline amphitheater, and a store—all super convenient 👌. the room was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom was spotless.

Reasonably priced hotel located in a good area near to concerts, San Francisco, and several restaurants, Google, Facebook facilities. Favourable and magnificent location to Google Android Lawn Statues. Warm and quiet room with a clean bathroom. Very comfy bed, sincere and superfriendly staff.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had the least comfortable stay at this hotel. Having been busy with my apartment hunt and my first week at work, I didn't use the hotel for anything but sleep. I realised two days into my six-day stay that I was majorly allergic to something in the room. I asked the frontdesk staff to change my room on two different days, and their response was simply "there is not any other room available" (although there actually was one when I checked on their reservation tool online). I changed my hotel, and paid for my entire stay, though. The frontdesk staff member did not ask me how my stay was upon checkout, and I therefore didn't get to share this feedback with them. The room was really stuffy, and so were the hallways. The breakfast food is definitely not edible (except for the coffee). The staff members are generally nice and polite, but at no point in time did they offer to help me carry my luggage across the SUPER long hallways leading to the elevator (I would have paid them if they had offered me even a trolly).

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent (Scrambled eggs, coffee, some scones/muffins).

The cleaning crew seems to use some detergent of which I did not like the smell too much (Yet, this was not too bad).

The hotel is conveniently located near Palo Alto and the Stanford Medical Center, making it a great choice for those visiting the area for medical appointments or events. Additionally, it is tucked away on the back side of the main street, ensuring a peaceful stay away from any noise or traffic.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we didn't encounter any major issues.

I think the staff could do a better job with cleanliness in the public areas. For example, the carpet in the elevator was dirty.

The room at Hotel Aria was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had all the necessary amenities like an ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The parking was easy, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend this hotel to others.
